We set out almost 8 years ago to "start a church" that would connect with our peers who were not being reached by the "contemporary" church. Little did we know that the journey ahead would require so much change in our thinking as to what it meant to be the church and how it would completely rewrite the story of our lives.

I'm hoping to start posting on the site soon.  After being sick for nearly two weeks and then trying to play "catch up" on all of my work for both of my businesses (or I guess all three), it's been crazy trying to find any free time.  With this site going live shortly, most of the time I've been able to put into it has been into new features (see the online User Directory, the recommended reading list under Resources, a handful of bug fixes, etc).

Good news regarding my health though (for those who were in the loop of the living nightmare I was going through).  In the end, after everything else was resolved (no more upper respiratory infection, no more panic/anxiety issues, no more breathing problems, etc), I find that I have obstructive sleep apnea.  I guess in my test I woke up some 100+ times over the 8 hour period, averaging about 18 episodes per hour (periods where I either struggled to breathe or could not at all) and had over 30 ...
