What is "The Gospel?"
How does one faithfully represent and communicate the biblical Gospel to an unchurched person who is hostile to the church and Christianity? To do so requires that we rethink – not reinvent – for the purpose of clarity. What is the The Gospel in all its purity with no church baggage attached. Talk about what is The Gospel…be faithful to Scripture, precise in wording, concise in phraseology, and cross-cultural in application.

What is the definition of "Missional?"
I don’t want to be a part of the next religious trend. I’ve eaten at the trough of church growth, church health, seeker church, purpose driven church, emerging church, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. I don’t want to be swept into a verbosity of the next buzzword…missional. However, I believe that missional is something that truly represents the first paradigm shift in ministry since Constantine. (Not counting all the faithful mini-movements that have bucked the institutional church over the centuries.) Talk about what missional means…what missional looks like. As always, faithful to Scripture, precise in wording, concise in phraseology, and cross-cultural in application.

What is a church: Function that Leads to Form?
There is a legitimate – and sometimes wild – frustration with the church, but before we throw the baby out with the bath water, let’s make sure we understand what this gathering of Christ followers is supposed to look and function like. How is church defined within the greater context of the Church? What is it’s purpose or function? How do we leave the church and become the Church?

Missionaries to the Movement: What and How Trained?
Simple church, organic movement, incarnational ministry…all intriguing and mystical synonyms for disciplemaking. If we are to equip, empower, and unleash people (missionaries!) to make disciples and send them to make more disciples, how do we train to be effective in the building of the Kingdom? What "courses" would you create and required of them? (Note: The Wiki on mCMTC is there to build training modules.)

Restoring the Five-Fold Ministries of Ephesians 4: What and How?
Authors and practitioners such as Neil Cole and Alan Hirsch have brought the five roles of Ephesians 4 back into focus. While much is offered in antiseptic definition of these roles, how might God actually intend for them to work together in a missional community? Does each church contain all five? If not, which ones are more mobile? Are any of the roles vocational or are all bi-vocational? What are your questions and thoughts on re-igniting the roles in the Church?
