I, too, want to say, "WELCOME!" This site was the mutated result of a discussion between myself (Greg Getz), Bob Ransom, Brian, and probably a dozen other whisperers along the way. The purpose of this web site is to coalesce missional thinkers and practicioners of organic movements and churches. My intention in its design was to facilitate this unique community to define, develop and deploy missional movements.

The missional movement is so infantile, I have found that the best missional people I know (and, no, we are not of Alan Hirsch or Michael Frost caliber) cannot get their collective minds around what needs to be taught to missional leaders and how to do it. My hope and prayer is the expansion of the missional community and their resulting input will provide answers not only for the training quesiton, but for the many questions I'm not even smart enough to ask.

We are in this together! If the Church is going to be transformed from the fallibility (dare I say, "corruption?") of the church, then we are going to have to rediscover what God intended for the Bride of Christ and sacrifice ourselves on that alter of rediscovery and revolotion. (And we're going to have to do it without a critical and sarcastic spirit - hold me accountable, brothers and sisters!)

Help me as we shape this tool...forming the "groups" and "forums"...starting the threads...defining the vision...building the bank of resources...shaping the training... Be wise in what you post, not simply filling boxes with text of empty happy thoughts or destructive criticisms. Instead be purposeful in your encouragements, instruction, ponderings, prayers, and prophecy. Build the movement!
