WOW,

last night I had the opportunity to be a part of the most spontaneous and rich gathering of the body of Christ that I've ever experienced. 

We were at a friends house for dinner along with a couple of old friends and a couple of new folks we had never met.  The shared meal was terrific(pizza and chips and salsa...simple), the conversation was full of rich experiences, shared vision, encouragement, and spiritual insight.  By the end of the night as we were winding things down someone said "we should sing a song or something" and I just so happened to have my guitar in the car so I grabbed it and we had a moving time together sharing a few songs and praying together.  I'll say it again...it was the most beautiful completely spontaneous gathering of the church of Jesus I've seen or experienced.

The husband in the new family we met is the new ROTC leader at BGSU and we seem to share identical vision of what the kingdom and church of God really is.  I'm very excited about being able to partner with these folks on this journey.  It was awesome to meet someone else at the same place on this journey in our same geographic local.
